Absolutely lovely little grocery store in an area that has few options. And the coffee shop inside is also lovely (and filling a need in the area), and the entire staff is very nice. But please, for the love of coffee- please teach the entire cafe staff to put ice in the cup BEFORE making iced coffee and iced latte drinks. Some do, and it results in a perfect balance of ingredients, but the ones that don't- inevitably make iced coffee drinks with WAY too much milk and not nearly enough ice. I've never seen an iced drink made like that. A 16 oz iced latte has 2 shots of espresso, milk, and ice. This method gives you a drink that barely even has a brown tint. And I tried ordering an iced drink with paying for an extra shot.. so 3 shots of espresso for a 16 oz latte, and still there was way too much milk (and too much caffeine). The ice melts too fast, and it's mostly milk. I love this place. I live nearby. This is the only reason why I don't get summertime coffee here. I've tried to correct it, but I think it needs to be a simple staff training thing. Your iced latte customers would thank you.

I have to say we have shopped there off and on for years. Great service. Then we ordered a cake. It was Brilliant! Definitely buy baptism cakes here The price was great and icing and cake was more than we could ask for in a dessert. Thank you to whomever baked the cake!

I drop in at Joseph's Marketplace when I'm out in Neshannock, the same way I drop in at Rulli's when I'm in Austintown. Joseph's has foods like you just cannot find at Giant Eagle. As a for instance... Here's the quart of wedding soup I got at Joseph's. I think it's very good. It has real greens, not spinach. Joseph's wedding soup (frozen fresh) has a clear, flavorful, chicken stock as its base. Giant Eagle's "home-made" soups are all, not good. The pitas at Joseph's come 10 to a pack, and are made locally. The pitas at Giant Eagle are four (4!!!) for $3.49 and are trucked in from Massachusetts. The tomatoes I got are heirloom, real vine ripe tomatoes, not the stuff at, well, you get my point. And my point is, stop at Joseph's. Walk around. Enjoy a cheesecake or a muffin in the coffee shop right next door. Just, seriously, shop at a REAL grocery store, for ONCE in your life.

Small grocery store, but items there aren't found anywhere else. That makes them unique and stand out. They also have desserts and make coffee. I'm sure there's more but I didn't visit that side. Very clean. Friendly staff

I’ve been to both the market location in New Castle and the Grove City location at the outlets and the coffee is amazing. The food options at the market location are also great (I would recommend the Mediterranean Wrap). If you make your way to the deli counter in the grocery store you HAVE to try the pepperoni rolls. Beware, they’re massive. But the quality of the food and the willingness to make accommodations by the staff is great! They also do catering which we have had great experience with in the past.

This is my go-to place to grab a cup of coffee and a treat while I wait for my dogs to be groomed up the street. The staff is always so nice and the food is very good, too! I wish I could have the experience of taking my first bite out of their sandwich cookie again - it’s out of this world.
